Isserstdt to turn over one half of the proceeds of the farm at the end of each season to Benjamin Orrin Coon as the consideration for this conveyance made to him of the said premises and in case said Benjamin Orrid Coon shall die before his wife does, then said Isserstedt or his heirs or assigns shall turn over to the wife of said Coon the one half of the said proceeds during the term of her natural life. it is further agreed between the parties that when it is necessary to have new machinery or fam implements on the farm each is to furnish one half of the expense of such new machinery or farm implements. The said party of the first part shall furnish a good able bodied man to work on the farm eight monts in the years commencing about March 14 of each year each party shall furnish one half of the ?? or tr?? necessary to do the work on the farm. The party of the first part and his wife shall have the priveliege of residing in the dwelling house from on said described premises ad in case a new house shall be ?? ?? premises by the parties of the second part the first part shall have the privilege of residing in such bnew house in suitable manner to be provided for ehm by the parties of the second part during the terms of their natural lives. Will | I, Frederick C. Isserstedt of the Town of Plymouth, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, being seventy six years of age and of sound, disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form as follows, to wit:- First- I nominate and appoint Adam Kaestner and Frederick J. Isserstedt, of the Town of Plymouth, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, the Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, and hereby authorize and empower them to grant, bargain, and sell any and all real estate which I may die possesed of or which may come into their hands after my death, whenever they may deem it necessary or for the best interest of my estate to do so, for such price and on such terms as they may see fit and proper, and on such sale or sales to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver a Deed or Deeds or other conveyances to the purchaser or purchasers, their heirs or assigns, and to hold the proceeds of such sale or sales in Trust as hereinafter provided. Second- I give, devise and bequeth all of my estate, both real and personal to my said Executors, Adam Koestner and Frederick J. Isserstedt, in Trust however, for the following purposes and upon the following conditions, namely:- To loan out all moneys which may from time to time come into their hands as such Executors or Trustees during the continuance of this Trust in such interest bearing securities as they in their discretion may deem best and advisable for the safety of my estate, and to collect the interest thereon and on all other securities coming into their hands as such Executors or Trustees at the time of my death, the same becomes due and payable, and to have full control and management of all my real estate, to collect all rents, income and profit accruing from such real estate or from any such real estate which may hereafter belong to my estate, and to pay over to my wife, Wilhelmina Isserstedt, or to apply and pay ?? for her the same as though they were her guardians, so much of the money realized from such interest, rent and profit as may be necessary and proper for her support and maintenance, care and comfort for and during the time of her natural life. The remainder of such interest, rents and profit, if any, not used for the support and care of my wife, to be added to and become a part of my estate. Isserstedt and Wilhelmina Kaestner both of the town of Plymouth, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, one of the said shares or portions. The remaining share or portions I give, devise and bequeath to Emil Hoffman and Frederick Hoffmann, of Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, children of my deceased daughter Amanda Hoffman, in equal shares, but such share to remain in the hands and control of my said Executors and to be kept invested by them in interest bearing securities, and as each of said Emil Hoffmann and Frederick Hoffmann arrive at the age of twenty five (25) years his share of said share or portion together with accumulated interest on his share to be paid to him.
