Stackpole and Martha Stackpole his wife; rosa a. Hays an de. W. Hays her husband, Elias Stackpole and Anna Stackpole his wife, Eliza c. Hays and a.b. Hays her husband; w.s. Stackpoles lines N 43 E 3 1/2 poles to a stake thence N 27 E 8 1/4 poles to a stake corner to the widow STACKPOLES dowry thence N 25 W 6 poles to a stake corner with W. J. Stackpole, thence S62 W6 poles to a stake thence S77 W 4 poles to a stake, thence S 88 W19 1/2 poles to a C O on a line with the Morgan Hurs and thence with their line S 45 W 31 1/2 poles to the place of beginning containng six and 3/4 acres it being a one eleventh ?? interest in the lat T. R. Stackpole Estate on the head of Wilson run in Grant District Wetzel County, West VA which was dived by request of T. M. Stone, Thos. J. Stackppole, Lydia Stackpole and W. J. Stackpole interested parties on the 1st and 2nd of April AD 1898 by F. F. Morgan Surveyor and James Jolliff John Judge and H.A. Edgell commissioners and plated by said F. F. Morgn surveyor and said divide and plat bieng recorded in the clerks office of the county court of Wetzel County West Virginia in Book 07 pages 1 to 3 to have and to hold said land to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever Witness the folloiwng signatures and seals heirs of T.
